    We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding custom orders). During peak and promotional times, please allow 3-4 extra business days for dispatch.

    Please note ETAs provided for shipping are from when your order is dispatched by our Online Department and are estimates provided by Australia Post (Domestic/International Orders) or DHL/Aramex (International Orders). 

    You can track your order via the online Australia Post or DHL/Aramex Tracking portal.

    All Roman and French delivery parcels will be “Authority to Leave”.  If you require 'Signature on Delivery' for an Australia Post item you are required to add and pay for this option in your shopping cart.

    AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING POLICY

    You will be charged a flat fee of $20 for standard shipping within Australia. Our preferred carriers, depending on your location within Australia, is usually Australia Post.

    Online Discounts

    From time to time Roman & French may run a 'discount' for a limited period of time. This discount will apply to the product purchased, yet shipping will be payable with no minimum threshold. 

    Signature on Delivery

     If you require 'Signature on Delivery' for an Australia Post item you are required to add and pay for this option in your shopping cart and pay $2.95 for the additional 'signature on request'. We do recommend 'Signature on Delivery'  if your address is an apartment, concierge managed building, high-rise apartments, factory building, dual occupancy or office complex.

    If you do not choose ‘Signature on Delivery’ and the parcel has been signed for upon checking the www.austpost.com/tracking , it will not be the responsibility of Roman & French to replace the item or track the item with Australia Post.

    Phone Number

    We will indicate your phone number on the parcel so that the carrier has all of the information required to make contact with you. In some instances your email address is required also. By ordering through Roman & French you give permission for these contact details to be passed on to a third party for the purpose of shipping your parcel.

    Delivery Times - Australia

    All standard orders are processed Tuesday through to Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak and promotional times, please allow3-4 extra business days for dispatch.

    If your item is custom made please expect a longer time frame, we will be in touch to notify you. 

    Standard domestic delivery times with Australia Post depend on location but for most metro city areas delivery after dispatch will be 2 - 8 business days.

    Roman and French holds no responsibility for any delays, damage or lost property caused by the courier service. 

    Tracking Number

    When your order is fulfilled and dispatched we will send you a notification. This notification will advise you of the carrier used to send your parcel and include your postage tracking number. It will either be Australia Post or Fastway Courier.

    Product Availability

    Occasionally a product may be unavailable. If it is not available, it is probably for a short time frame. We will always communicate with you as soon as we receive your order and get your permission to carry on with the order, if the product is out of stock temporarily.

    We will indicate to you the expected delivery time for your product.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

    Roman and French send parcels for international delivery every business day. Our business caters for clients across the globe.

    We send to all continents in the world using DHL International (Aramex). You will be charged a shipping fee once you insert your destination address and it will be calculated at checkout.

    Roman and French will always use Australia Post or DHL/Aramex for New Zealand Orders. For all other international orders including Asia, Europe, US and Canada we will use an express service at all times with DHL or Aramex. 

    Once your package has been dispatched you will be notified immediately together with an estimate on delivery time.

    Orders are sent using a 7-10 day registered mail service, however some international locations can take up to 21 days.

    Roman and French holds no responsibility for any delays, damage or lost property caused by the courier service. 

    Customs Import/Export Tax Duty

    Clients are responsible for international shipping fees and import duty taxes payable at the time of parcel delivery from Customs in their destination city. Roman and French is not liable to pay any import duty taxes for any parcels for clients that are sent to their preferred destination.

    There are countries in the world which dictate that Customs import duty is payable on all goods imported of items labelled 'clothing' or 'jewellery'. Items will be listed on the customs declaration as either 'bridal jewellery', 'clothing' or 'bridal accessories'. The import duty is a separate payment between the recipient and your local customs authority.

    Customs will make contact with you once the package has been received in your country. In the event that the import duties are not paid, the item will remain in Customs and labelled as 'unclaimed cargo'. The package will not be returned to Roman & French.
