ARE YOU STILL MAKING PIECES FOR BRIDES WHO ARE GETTING MARRIED WHILE THE PHYSICAL RETAIL STORE IS CLOSED?

Yes we are. We will always help our brides for their weddings. From this point forward we will work by phone/ facetime/ email or DM.

Maria will be your point of contact.  There will be no face-to-face appointments while we are closed. BUT, we are definitely ready and capable to make absolutely anything you need and we will either courier or post.

HOW CAN I BUY SOMETHING FROM ROMAN & FRENCH IF THE PHYSICAL RETAIL STORE IS CLOSED?

We can help you through our website online, email, Instagram DM or by phone. Maria is available to take your enquiries 7 days a week. Although, there will be no face-to-face appointments, Maria can work with you remotely and your order will be couriered or posted to you.

WHY IS OUR RETAIL STORE CLOSED?

Our physical retail store is temporarily closed due to the covid-19 crisis, and as such it is not safe to receive visitors.

The Roman and French physical retail store will be closed from Tuesday 24.3.20 because of recommendations by the Federal Government to ‘stay home’ to be ‘safe’. 

WHEN WILL OUR RETAIL STORE RE-OPEN?

At this point in time, and unless there is a change in recommendations made by the Federal or State Governments regarding ‘stay home’ to be ‘healthy and safe’, we are unsure of our re-opening date.

When we re-open we will announce it on our Instagram and website.
